After investigation, the cause of the accident is, Wuzhou city, Hui Guang Yuan fuel supplies limited pipeline burst, resulting in large amounts of waste oil leak through the drain into a stream nearby, and then with the Wo rushing streams, Dongshan rushed straight into the guijiang River, and then into the 1-kilometer outside of the West River.
